More than just the only local women's shelter, Halton Women's Place supports and advocates for abused women and their children, provides crisis information and support lines, counseling, outreach services. They supply resources and information and provide public education programs. They are dedicated to creating a violence-free community. Dependent on donations and fundraising events, every dollar helps and goes toward investing in the health of our community.
The Knights of Columbus and Mitch Garber Supports Local are hosting a Charity Poker Tournament to support this amazing and very important organization and you can help. Join us for a night of poker, a night of skill and luck and even get the chance to win!
